Equinox Day/Night September 2017

Happy Equinox! Today the Northern and Southern hemispheres are lit equally by the sun. So day and night, everywhere, are equally divided.

What differs today is the amount of light after sunset - the twilight period. Near the equator, you'll see shorter twilight periods. And the farther away from the equator you go, the more extended the twilight periods become.

Skyclock shows you the amount of daylight after sunset for your exact location. Check us out in the App Store and Google Play.

Good Autumn! and Good Spring to our friends in the Southern Hemisphere.
