Prime Meridian of the World

10 years ago, several Skyclock team members were fortunate to holiday for 2 weeks in England and Scotland. We spent an entire day in Greenwich. It was the highlight of the trip. A perfect day.

There is too much to write about in one post. The park, the boot sale, the pub, The Royal Observatory, the museum (and the actor), and oh, the clocks. Greenwich and the Royal Observatory were a nexus for the scientific pathway of discovery that has led to so many things we take for granted today - global navigation notably among them.

More posts to follow on relevant topics.

Shout out to Greenwich! Hope to see you again soon.
