Skyclock Digital Text

Digital Twilight Times Display

Skyclock graphically shows twilight periods, sunrise, and sunset on an analog clock face. The clock adjusts for daily changes in sunrise, sunset, and twilight periods, and also adjusts by specific location.

Skyclock Features Include:

Marine Bells for iPhone and iPad:

Marine Bells is a time-keeping application using an established series of bell-strikes that are heard every half hour in a repeating 4-hour sequence. This series of bell strikes is commonly known as Ships Bells.

Unique features:
- A working, visual analog clock that shows the current time.
- Ability to schedule a daily (or night-time) silent period.
- Display of current latitude and longitude. After all, sailors want to know their coordinates!

For centuries, Ship's Bells have been used aboard navy, merchant, and other vessels. Non-sailors have discovered this as a practical way to keep time without having to look at a clock or wristwatch.

The founder and President of Skyclock company is a United States Marine Corps veteran who served aboard the USS Lexington.

This app is a tribute to sailors on watch everywhere.

You can download Marine Bells directly from the App Store on your iPhone, or for more information, and to download from iTunes on your mac or pc, (you will need an iTunes account), go to the iTunes preview page here: http://itunes.apple.com/app/marine-bells/id516783380?mt=8 .
