The Company

Headquartered in Ann Arbor, Michigan, Skyclock Company was founded in 1986 by John Rosevear, inventor, and patentee. Skyclock was created to market and license Skyclock® applications, and serve as the incubator for further development of innovative time-keeping and astronomical information displays.

The corporate logo for Skyclock Company, the bat with its wings spread, is a symbolic nod to that period of time upon which Skyclock concepts are based, and when bats are most visible - twilight.

The corporate mission of Skyclock is to promote and enhance the study and understanding of the sciences involving time, time keeping, astronomy, and geography.
